Kids below the age of 15 cannot join this cruise.

For your convenience most meals on your Thailand sailing adventure are included, and will be prepared on board by the resident chef. When a meal is not included you will have the opportunity to disembark the boat and eat on the mainland at a local restaurant. Tea, coffee and juice will be provided at breakfast, drinking water will provided at all times and the following drinks are available to purchase on board the boat.
Soft drinks: 30 baht
Beer: 70 baht
Wine: 100 baht

Any dietary requirements need to be provided at the time of booking so that included meals can be properly catered for. Your crew will endeavour to cater for most dietary requirements.

Please budget for additional meals and expenses while on your trip. Our suggestion is based on past traveler feedback but you may choose to spend more or less. USD 50.00

All travellers must pay National Park fees locally. Please allow USD 20.00 for these fees. 

This cruise is designed for shared accommodation. Single travelers share the cabin with people of the same gender. The skipper will allocate the rooms on arrival to the boat and single travellers will be paired up with another passenger of the same sex, this may mean sharing a double mattress. The skipper will also be sharing the catamaran facilities and sleeping quarters.

Travel insurance is compulsory for this trip. We require that, at a minimum, you are covered for medical expenses including emergency repatriation.

Chalong Bay is approximately 1 hour from Phuket airport. Taxis are readily available from the airport and/or from your hotel. On arrival at Chalong Bay Pier, if you turn to face the ocean, the Lighthouse Restaurant is located approx 400 m to the left - the restaurant looks like a light house!

We do not provide transfers between hotels and the port/marina for this cruise. You will need to make your own way to the joining point on day 1 and from the finish point on the final day. 

We tend to use the same vessel for the whole season however there could be times when we do need to swap boats due to maintenance issues. 

This trip is accommodated on board a 58 foot, twin-hulled sailing catamaran. Our boat is equipped with 3 x double-share (double cabin) and 2 x quad-share cabins (master cabin) each with en-suite bathrooms and fans.

For sailing trips the itinerary will be subject to change depending on weather conditions.

Payment Policy
You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 250 Euro per person per trip for your booking to be confirmed. 
If your booking is made within 56 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Payment of the balance of the trip price is due 56 days before the departure date.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:
• 56 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the deposit.
• between 30 and 55 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost.
• less than 30 days prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.

You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
