Minimum charter duration: 3 nights in the low season, 5 nights in the high season and 7 nights in the peak season
Refundable boat damage deposit: 6000 Euro
You can pay your boat damage deposit with credit card or by cash.
The deposit will be released after the charter, if you do not damage anything on the boat.
Towels and linen: Bed Linens, Bath, Hand & Face Towels, Beach Towels (One Set / Week / person)
Extra charge of 5 Euro per hour, incl. diesel for usage of generator. Generator is needed to run air-conditioning and water maker. You can pay for the generator use on the end of the charter.
The yacht is delivered to you with full tanks of fuel (yacht & dinghy), full tank of water, 1 bottle of cooking gas.

APA: 25% of Crewed Yacht Weekly Charter Rates
Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a fund collected prior to the charter commencement to cover all expenses incurred during the charter (including but not limited to fuel, food & beverage for guests and crew, national park fees and any other expenses incurred at the request of the guests) and is usually calculated as a percentage of the charter fee. At the end of the charter, guests will be provided with a summary of expenses and any excess APA rebated or any shortfall billed. All-inclusive charters can be arranged in which case no APA is required.
Yacht Location
Sailing Experience
A boating license is required for a bareboat charter in Thailand.
The skipper of the yacht must have skipper experience on +/- similar size yacht.
An understanding of basic boat operation (seamanship), boat handling and navigation is required.
If your experience seems a little light, you can choose to charter a bareboat and hire a professional captain for the first few days and then continue the rest of your charter on your own when you feel comfortable.

Payment Policy
When booked 60 days in advance:
50% deposit to confirm booking
Balance payment 45 days before charter starts
Cancellation Policy
If the charter is cancelled more than 12 weeks prior to charter: 30% of charter fee.
Between 12 to 8 weeks: 60% of charter fee.
Between 8 to 4 weeks: 80% of charter fee.
Less than 4 weeks: 100% of charter fee.
We advise that you should have travel insurance that will cover expenses caused by cancellation due to your emergency events.
