Additional Info
The 6 days cruises will take place on either SY Meta IV, SY Raja Laut or on SY Meltemi or another yacht offered to the guest. All yachts are of comparable standards. For 6 days cabin cruise, the number of confirmed guests determines which cruise is run on which yacht.
The yachts have twin bed and double bed cabins. For cabin cruises, all cabins can be booked with a single supplement. Where applicable, guests can also book a triple stateroom instead of a regular cabin for cabin charter on SY Meta IV; triple staterooms can only be booked per cabin.
The price for Triple Stateroom is:
High Season (15. Oct. – 22. Dec. and 14. Jan. – 18. May) = 7800,- USD per cabin
Peak Season (23. Dec. – 13. Jan.) = 8550,- USD per cabin
Unless otherwise specified, meeting time for all join-in cabin charter cruises is at 10:30am. All join-in cabin charter cruises end at 9:00am on the final day. Guests should be ready for departure at the pier in Kawthaung by 10.30am.
The transfer from hotel to the pier is in price included. We advise you to arrive to Kawthaung a day before departure and stay in Victoria Cliff Hotel. We will be glad to assist you with booking a room for you there. We will also take care of all the transfers from your hotel to the yacht right after breakfast. So you will be on time 10.30am at the pier.
Burma Entry Fee (per person): 250 to 300 Euro
Burma Entry and Visa Fee: the Myanmar government charges foreign visitors fees for entering the Mergui Archipelago. The fees will be included in the charter rate as mandatory extra.

Payment Policy
When booked 60 days in advance:
25% deposit to confirm booking
75% balance payment 60 days before charter starts
Bookings made less than 60 days before departure are to be paid in full and within 6 days after the invoice has been sent.
Late payment may be regarded as cancellation of the booking whereupon the booked space may not be secured. In this case, the relevant cancellation fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy
25% of the charter fee, if booking is cancelled 12 to 6 weeks prior to charter;
75% of the charter fee, if booking is cancelled 6 to 4 weeks prior to charter;
100% of the charter fee, if booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to charter. The same applies for no-shows.
