Villa Sanyanga
Villa Sanyanga is a beautiful seven bedroom villa above Surin beach. We provide a free mini-bus with driver, private full time chef, and three maids. The villa is very spacious and can sleep up to 18 or more, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone.
Located in a private and exclusive residential development high in the hills above Surin Beach on the West coast, the villa has spectacular ocean views over the Andaman sea. Being so spacious, this is perfect for family reunions or large groups of friends, as there are many separate private areas. If children are included, the villa can sleep up to 20 guests in the seven bedrooms.

Additional Info
Minibus and Driver
There is a mini-bus with driver, available for daily use by the villa guests. You only pay for the fuel.
The bus is used for airport transfers to and from the villa, and is available for our guests’ exclusive use every day of their holiday, except arrival and departure days when we use it for airport transfers for arriving and departing guests. Jone, our driver, will act as your guide, and show where to go and what to see. She has many ideas of lovely places to eat, and things to see.
Normally the bus should be back at the villa latest 9 p.m., though in some circumstances we can go beyond this, for late restaurant visits for example, or to the Fantasea show. Late night Patong visits are not included! Jone can take you there, and give you written instructions for you to give a taxi driver for your return journey. Apart from late night airport transfers, Jone does not work at night. We are very flexible with hours for bus use, but we ask that you are reasonable, and if you use the bus at night, Jone will have time off the next day in the morning. This applies to late night arrivals too.
Check In and Out Times
Check in time is 3 pm, and check out is midday. Wherever possible we try to be a little flexible with these rules, and it all depends on arrivals and departures of other guests. We try our best to fit in with your flight times. There is no meal service in the villa after breakfast on departure day and we ask you to check out at midday the latest. You can book a late checkout, with villa service, by paying an extra half day. We have a plan in place to care for guests arriving before the villa is available, or departing late.
Security Deposit
We ask you to pay a cash security deposit of $1000 to Lily on arrival at the villa. The equivalent in any major currency is fine. Lily will return it to you at the end of your holiday, providing there is no damage or breakage.
